As previously requested by a fellow freelancer, the URL of the site is a must to review the current state.
Before anyone can send you a 'meaningful' proposal, they would need full details of the requirements so they can provide recommendations, limitations, timeline and cost.
Else, you can only receive blind bids i.e. advising you that something as yet unknown can be achieved.
From the suggested 'broad' description, it's very likely that the $50 fixed price is insufficient, as such, after you have provided the details required, will you be considering appropriate proposals that may be closer to $250?
