To update existing site to ensure all following are working, and improve responsiveness of site ensuring it is optimsed for all platforms:


Front Facing Website
dynamic and responsive website
Ability to check out with minimal clicks (easy to use check out process)
Well thought out database that allows easy management of data recorded on the website - update
Good UX

Need multi-platform layout, so needs to be as nice on Desktop, tablet, and mobile
Manage payments
Customer Places Order
System cross references type of order to establish if it is free or paid for
If paid for, send customer down payment route (based on customer post code)
Confirmation Thank you Email Sent to Customer with details on how to check order status
Email also send to admin inbox (all orders) and team leader email address (linked to post code )
Order status split into
Order Pending
Order Ready for Shipping
Order Delivered
Attempted Delivery but no one home, will try again
Depending on post code the order will go into team warehouse based on area
Each warehouse to have own stock and login
Separate area for areas where no free delivery 
Dynamic - so admin can easily update content
Eradicate any bugs
Customer can check stock levels by typing post code in and gives quick update if all items in stock
Easy check out page
Logs partially entered details and customers who do not complete their order - can be viewed by admin.
