Up dating a Weebly website and making links to my Youtube videos

I have all my photos and I know what I want which is a website as a showplace for my sculptures. I don't expect to sell from my website although I do occasionally. I have made it myself and I want to be able to change it regularly therefore I want someone who will tell me how they have done what is needed. I want to be independent but I frequently get stuck. I am open to suggestions but am reluctant to change to another website system - I changed to Weebly at a suggestion! as I'd have to learn all over again. I have recently tackled Youtube and made 3 videos and a cover but have not managed to transfer it from my iphone. I am baffled by what seems to be a common demand for £30 an hour - what does that mean? I can spend all day on a problem which someone could do in one hour with the right knowledge.
