UMBRACO WEBSITE: Content input from one website to another

A new umbraco site is nearly finished, the pages just need to be created and the content and images need to be put on to the pages. The media gallery is populated and I have got a PDF of each page design to showcase the images and content structure.

Looking to find an Umbraco specialist that can easily input content into the relevant pages including setting the images in the right place. Also, have all the blogs from the previous website in an XML format which also need to be uploaded.
