Ultimate Member & WP Help

I'm looking for a developer who is familiar with Ultimate Member plugin and Elementor, to assist with the below tasks:

DESIGN
- Advise if gallery upload can be mandatory for registered users. ie photos uploaded during registration (https://www.elpromotions.co.uk/registration/) will automatically be added to gallery as images, instead of currently they are uploaded into comp card https://www.elpromotions.co.uk/user/andrewmeltzer/
- format comp card so that when file is saved its a PDF and all images are formatted onto 1 A4 file https://www.elpromotions.co.uk/user/andrewmeltzer/
- change compcard button name to z card
- make model registration form mobile friendly
- Add user meta fields to model profile page (meta fields already set up backend)
- WP file upload button has white font/not visible - make the font colour black

SITE
- Add a crawl delay for google bot and block bad bots like AhrefsBot and SemrushBot and Barkrowler
- Remove all the unused themes plugins.
- Fix mobile speed issues https://pagespeed.web.dev/report?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.elpromotions.co.uk%2F&form_factor=mobile
- Fix 4XX HTTP status codes (31) (SSL has already been installed)
- Remove old files from server using https://gtmetrix.com/
- Fix redirect issues to 4xx or 5xx (19)


Please no time wasters. If you do not have experience with WP, Ultimate Member please do not apply and mess up the website code as it will take twice as long to fix it.
