Two websites required for Financial Education App

I have two projects that I need individual websites developed for.

The first is for a financial education / information website called MyStockScanner.com. We have a very basic holding page here: https://www.mystockscanner.com that we need expanding into a series of pages.

Page 1 - Home page, including brief product overview, features overview and testimonials
Page 2 - Features Page (similar to https://www.stockopedia.com/features/stockreports/)
Page 3 - Prices
Page 4 - Blogs & Videos

The purpose of this website is to get people to sign up for a free trial of our app, and we will want marketing popups included in the pages when the user scrolls and also leaves the site.

The second project is for a website designed purely for SEO purposes to hold content on:

1. Financial analysis on companies, in the form of blogs. We will use Bard / Chat GPT to generate these, and aim to produce 10-20,000 entries per year. Each entry will have 4-8 versions in different languages.
3. Home page - displaying latest company reports in a news-like fashion, with a prominent search area. Allows user to select language, and defaults to the browser-set region.

The purpose of this site is to push users to the MyStockScanner website and get them to register. Easy searching of the data, either by company name or ticker for the companies is essential.

We would like to be live with the marketing website in early-mid January, with the second website by the end of February.

We would prefer to use Wordpress, but if there is a better platform for our requirements then that is not essential. Any platform should run in an AWS environment on an RDS database (e.g. Wordpress installed on AWS Lightsail with MySql as a database) as accessing the back end database will make generating programmatic content easier.

We will produce copy for the sites when required.
