Travel Website Responsive HTML

Hello everyone,

We need a talented web developer to prepare responsive html of a travel site which is composed of 3 pages.
The candidates needs to commit deadlines for each three pages separately and if the deadlines are catched we would be happy to pay extra bonus.
The images and PSDs will be provided to the selected freelancer. Please consider that more than one designers worked so PSDs or images need to be carefully examined. And if neccessary take time to talk on skype to figure out details.
As attached you can find the whole requiremenst and flow. And please consider primary requirements carefully.

1- All pages should be responsive
2- Serverside rendering like AngularJS, clientside MVC or any library should not be used. All serverside interactions would be developed by us.
3- All static content must be embeded in HTML. Json, xml or dynamic content should not be used.
4- To understand the request is whether from web or mobile, we’d like to have a separate javascript
