Transfer of site from Weebly to Wordpress.

For reasons of Weebly policy and a poor level of service (for example not informing clients about the withdrawal of default cookie banner services), I need to move my site www.volgatrader.com from Weebly to Hosted Wordpress on Ionos.

Ionos has a standard Wordpress page editor. I want an Ionos theme adapted to the Volga Trader style. A style guide and images are available. At present, I want as close a replica of my existing site as possible. There are two contact forms with Mailchimp HTML already available. I want to use the Ionos/Wordpress default Cookie banner, GDPR and Privacy Policy at least during set up.

There is a considerable historical backlog of blogs. Your proposals on how to move this will be of great interest. It might be better for me to repost them at one a day if there isn't a clean way to transfer them.
