Transfer and set up of older website for evaluation

This project has two key parts: [1] to download the existing site at 1&1 with all files, zip it, and then put it in a place so I can download it as a package of files. This is a comprehensive site, built on older technology, that we want to keep before shutting down our 1&1 account - it is currently not displayed on 1&1; [2] set the site up on a server of your choice (it is written in PHP 5.2), ensure it can be viewed and is functional, so my team can assess which aspects of it we wish to keep. There is significant text and picturework which we are aiming to reproduce. If these two tasks go well, we may discuss a new website with you.
