Toxic Backlink Removal & Google Reconsideration Request

I would like for someone to finish the job that another PPH person could not finish. We need to get our Google penalty removed and have our reconsideration request accepted by Google. A full toxic backlink analysis will be required along with the disavow files etc to be sent to google. We would prefer the winning candidate to forward all the relevant info to google using our webmaster tools. In an attempt to get our site back to normal.

Please note the the majority of the toxic backlinls have already been removed so its really just cleaning up what left and perhaps disavowing the bad ones which have not been removed.
