To improve website speed by changing hosting and VPS.

My website is too slow on the current shared hosting platform. I am going to invest in some space on digital ocean and need someone to move the site over with minimal downtime. We are also having problems with our emails on Mac outlook even though they are working fine through gmail so we need to move their hosting also. I will pay for the monthly digital ocean subscription and the hosting so I just need someone to advise me and move it all across for a fee.

We are only a small company with 500-1000 visitors a month to our site.
