Text and Image tagging tool

I need a web developer to build a tool for tagging text and images using NodeJS.
The tool should have the following:
1- Authentication and authorization with the following user roles:
Admins, who have full control of the website
Clients, who have the ability to create projects
Workers, who have the ability to do tasks
2- The website will consist of projects added by clients
3- Each project contains tasks to be solved by the workers
4- The tasks are uploaded as a csv file for text or a zip file for images
5- The client is able to assign a project description and the list of labels for the tagging
6- The worker is able to subscribe to a project and will be assigned tasks in the project
7- Tasks can be assigned to a worker or multiple workers depending on the project description set by the client
8- workers who finish tasks are assigned points for each task they finish, the number of points is also set in the decription of the project by the client
9- Tasks not finished by the worker withen a time frame can be given to another worker
10- The client can download the results of the tasks at any point
11- Clients and workers each have their own profile with information about their projects
