Description
The initial project is a paid discovery and planning engagement. The first deliverable will be a clear **technology assessment and implementation roadmap** covering our current needs, recommended approach, priorities, timelines, and suggested next steps.
If the initial deliverable is successful, we expect to continue with the selected team through **funded milestones on PeoplePerHour**, to be discussed and agreed based on scope.
Please submit your proposal through PeoplePerHour only. All communication, discussion, deliverables, and milestone work will take place on the platform.
You must attach a profile, capability deck, brochure, or similar document that helps us understand your team and services. Please do not send website links.
We are looking for a team with the capability to support a range of technology needs over time, so please apply only if you are open to a longer-term working relationship.

Hi Luke,
An ongoing technical partnership is exactly the kind of work we take on. Before I prepare a proposal and attach our capability deck, a few quick questions:
1. What industry or sector is your business in? (e.g. property, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce)
2. What does your current tech setup look like, are you an early-stage startup, an established business with legacy systems, or somewhere in between?
3. What's prompting this review right now, is there a specific problem, bottleneck, or upcoming initiative driving it?
4. Do you have a budget range in mind for the discovery phase?
5. How many people are on your internal team, and is there a technical person on your side we'd be working with?
Once I have a clearer picture I'll put together a relevant proposal with our team profile attached.
Looking forward to hearing from you. -

What is the technology stack or will you be leaving that up to the technical team?
