Technical help needed asap

I would like someone to create a few pages for my website called http://www.dancechallenge.co.uk. At the moment some of the pages exist on my other website http://www.cultureandarts.co.uk/. So the main part of the job entails duplicating pages and making some amendments. Also I need one completely new page designed.

Here is a simplified breakdown of the job:

1 Duplicate the registration form see http://www.cultureandarts.co.uk/window/dcentryform.php

2 Duplicate a ticket page see http://www.cultureandarts.co.uk/window/ticketform.php

3 Create a new page similar to http://www.stagecoach.co.uk/corporate/html/sc_franchise.php


There are few technical problems in duplicating these pages such as creating a unique reference number for every registration made, confirmation emails and reporting. This is set up already on the other site. So it is just a question of duplicating the scripts.

I need someone to do this immediately so please only reply if you can do this in the next few days. Initially please give a rough quote on the job and I'll give you more detailed information so that I can get a specific fee.
