Technical assistance needed on existing WordPress website

Hello,

We (Unsung Hero Awards) have a recently developed (last twelve months) Wordpress website, which is used for our annual awards.

The front end of the site is working well enough, however the back end of the site includes a nomination area, which was switched off at the end of nominations last year. The developer is no longer available and we need help in understanding how to switch back on this aspect of the site, as well as the following:

• An existing coding error meaning that nominations meant for teams showed up on the site as individuals at first glance (which had further reaching implications past the initial confusion)

• Better design for Mobile optimisation

• On a desktop the site is not responsive and doesn’t fit to screen if zoomed out

• Site running slowly - especially with multiple users in the back end at the same time

• Would like information around 2FA status and why is it showing as inactive for us as users?

• Pages from the homepage link through to their respective pages and not open in a new window

• Adding more video content to the site (content already provided)

• A redesign of the front end if budged allows including additional pages
