Description
The four stages below are provided solely for the purposes of project management, delivery scheduling and milestone payments. They do not replace, limit, reduce or supersede any requirement contained within the agreed Software Requirements Specification (SRS).
The Developer confirms that the total fixed project price of £1,500 and agreed 5-week completion period are for the design, development, integration, testing, deployment and handover of the entire platform and all functionality contained within the SRS, whether or not every individual SRS requirement is repeated word-for-word within the milestone descriptions below.
All 132 sections of the SRS, together with their respective functionality, workflows, permissions, integrations, administrative controls, security requirements, mobile applications, documentation, training and final deliverables, form part of the agreed project scope.
No feature contained within the SRS shall subsequently be treated as an additional feature, variation, additional-cost item or separate phase unless the Client expressly requests functionality outside the agreed SRS.
Any proposed deviation, substitution, technical limitation or omission from the SRS must be identified to and expressly approved by the Client in writing before implementation.

All functionality, requirements, controls and deliverables contained within the agreed SRS remain part of the fixed-price project. The SRS expressly describes the project as one complete teaching ecosystem and requires it to be fully configured, tested and ready for commercial operation.

- Could you clarify the complete user journey for each type of user defined in the SRS, from registration/login through to their normal platform activities? For each role, what actions should they be allowed to perform, what information should they be able to access, and which actions require administrator approval?
- Could you clarify the complete learning workflow from the point where a course/teaching content is created by an administrator through to student access and completion? For example, should the system support course enrollment, lessons/modules, progress tracking, assessments, certificates, completion status, prerequisites, and instructor/student interaction?
- Since the SRS states that the platform must be ready for commercial operation, could you clarify the exact payment or commercial workflow required? For example, should users be able to purchase individual courses, subscriptions, packages, or memberships, and should the system handle payment confirmation, invoices/receipts, refunds, cancellations, and access automatically after successful payment? -
i have read the post 3 times but i do not find any related doc for the 155 sections or the 4 milestones can you please share them

Before assessing feasibility, could you please share the complete SRS for review?

I have a few quick questions before proceeding:
Can you please confirm that the current 132-section SRS is the final and complete version, with no additional requirements pending?
Are all UI/UX designs, branding, course content, videos, images, quizzes, and certificate content to be provided by the client?
For the mobile applications, are you expecting native iOS/Android apps or a cross-platform solution such as Flutter/React Native?
Will all required third-party accounts, API credentials, hosting, payment gateway, and other service subscriptions be provided by the client?
