Welcome to my project

I am looking for a developer to create a blog for me. I want to be able to add a poll to the articles on my blog so users can have their say on whether they agree with the article or not. Of course comments enabled too.

I would also like to attach documents to the articles that users can download.

For example- users click on an article to read and at the end of the article there is a poll e.g. Have your say- Does in-depth marking improve outcome? Users can then download an attachment attached (probably pdf) to the article e.g. 'Best practice for marking.pdf'

I want to be able to charge users to read articles. Most articles will be free to read but some articles cost money to read (these will usually be the articles that also have resources attached for users to download) and users will need to register in order to read and download these.

In terms of look I want it to have a pop art look and theme to the site (see attachments).
