Teach me to build a website

I have a website and want to build another page/pages under a new domain that matches my existing website … it is built on Wordpress … I just have run out of money for someone to do it and want to build and develop it myself but looking for someone to help me over the next few days - must speak good English and is trustworthy - understands exactly what I want and is available to talk on the phone or online … I need to learn about Google ads - seo key works - affiliate links - etc but have a small window to see if I can do this myself without a developer…thanks - please no relies unless you are really able to help. Once I have done it with someone and they are happy to guide me - then there might be more ongoing work
