Talented wordpress designer and developer

Hi All,

We are looking for someone to design and develop a relatively simple wordpress site for our new Business Support Company.

What we are looking for:
We need a simple and easy to navigate website, where our brand really stands out. Initially we were looking to keep it to a one page content manageable website, but for SEO purposes, we would like 6 main headers under the home page that will be along the lines of About, Services, Benefits/Why, Toolkit and Pricing, Blog/Resources and Contact us. On the services section we are looking for card based titles with a very short description that pop out when hovered over and can be clicked on to take them to more detailed content for each service. There will be approximately 12 services that will require this.

Once the first iteration is complete and we are happy with it, further down the line we will be looking to include a purchase and account area, where subscribers can purchase packages and select optional extras from a toolkit, as well as this they would need to be able to login, send requests via their account and add additional services from their account area.

The right person for the job:
We are looking for someone who thinks outside of the box, has excellent design skills and puts mobil and UX first. Ideally you will provide us with a list of questions and information you need and will be excellent at understanding our needs and communicating your feedback and thoughts as an expert in your field. You will be confident in providing wireframes to be signed off prior to design commencing and follow a clear process that will work for us, so please make sure you outline what your process is in your proposal.

We are looking for a fixed price proposal for Phase one and a high level estimate and ideas for Phase two.

Please note for the right individual there will be a lot more work along these lines in the future and the opportunity to work on some really exciting projects

We are looking for someone who is immediately available and can set realistic timescales with us that will be met.

We like to work with Google for sharing information and collaborating, so if you are confident with this that would also be helpful.

As we are a relatively new business ourselves budget is obviously important, so please bear that in mind when providing your quotation.

Please also include examples of similar projects where we will be able to view the finished work online.
