Sync WordPress media to Sharepoint

We have a website plugin that creates PDF documents from a webform. The documents are stored in a custom media folder (eg: wp-content/uploads/pdf).

There a number of plugins and tools that will sync Sharepoint with WordPress but not the other way round.

The project is very simple: create a function that will copy new and updated files from a folder in WordPress to a folder in Sharepoint.

We can add this to the plugin along with a hook to call the function.
