Swipe to delete divs

I have a 30 divs with display inline block. They are one on top of each other like a list. I want to perform a jquery function when the user swipes an item to the left or right. The element should be removed from the list also with an animation. As the user swipes the item, the item should move to the left or the right with the users finger. Nothing should happen until the user removes their finger from the screen, and if the end position of their finger is back in the middle, nothing should happen.

I want pure css and jquery. I want as little code involved as possible. However I want a smooth experience.

I understand that this is not a complex task for ajquery programmer, however I am offering £50 because I need the project carried out to a high level.
