At its core the site will have a profiling mechanism with very simple algorithm (mirrors online dating software so a plugin could be used for this element); Membership Pages; Search functionality; Online Forums; FAQs; T&Cs; Online Shop; Advertising banners. I have general IT skills and would need to be able to manage and administer the site once built.
