Stunning blog with videos and pics

Description of requirements/features: Five core criteria for my blog:
1. The blog must look aesthetically stunning.
2. The blog will contain many pictures and videos and must load fast, especially when the visitor accesses via a mobile device.
3. When going to ”www.hjernesmart.dk” the visitor must be given the choice of proceeding with articles about either ”leaders and employees” or ”children and youth”.
4. Of all the blog themes I’ve come across so far, this is the one I like the most: http://wp.magnium-themes.com/armonioso/armonioso-1/ - I am open to your ideas.
5. It is crucial that the blog can display video content.
Specific technologies required: I have used WP for 5 years - and my preferred blog theme fits with this.

Description of requirements/features: I have about 30 articles to be put up already (and the great pics/videos). And I need to be able to upload future videos, pics and articles easily.
All texts will be in Danish (so you probably won't understand a word, but I will translate if needed).

The blog is called "BrainSmart" in Danish and will consist of articles targeted two audiences:
1. Leaders and employees alike (posts/articles springing from my books "Play Your Brain" (yes, that one is in English), "BrainSmart Leadership" and "BrainSmart Habit Change".
2. Parents plus teachers of 0-18-year-olds (posts/articles springing from my books "BrainSmart Parenting", "BrainSmart Pedagogics" and "BrainSmart Learning".
The articles reveal the rules of the brain in a down-to-earth language.

I have domain hosting.
The blog should preferably be up and running this week (if possible).
