Static responsive website HTML/CSS(framework)/JS

Hello,

I am looking for a web developer to build a static responsive website, following the best practices in web development. Preferably, the CSS should be executed using a modern framework like Bootstrap.

Requirements & modules:

1. Responsive header with logo, multi-level menu & search bar(this component should work and display search results)
2. Hero banner
3. Navigation breadcrumbs
4. Content sections
5. Footer with menu items & social

All the pages needs to be fully responsive and working on modern browsers.
