Starting with Wordpress

Hi all, I'm starting a new wordpress installation. I have it up and running (www.strungoutukes.com) but struggling with the theme a little and could use a few tips and ideas to get me going.
I'd like a 1:1 session with someone over Teamviewer. I imagine this would be 30 - 45 minutes. The aim would be to do a little 'tweeking' together and to go through some basic settings including base level plugins (security, disable comments, and facebook integration).
I would like to work with someone who is a good english speaker (as my hearing isn't great)
