Experience Level: Intermediate
We need an experienced Squarespace developer to urgently troubleshoot and fix an issue with our existing website.

Our homepage is not loading correctly. The main hero image and reviews/testimonials disappear after the page initially flashes up correctly. This is happening across multiple devices and has also been confirmed by customers.

The same issue occurs on our Squarespace URL as well as our main domain, so it does not appear to be a GoDaddy/domain issue.

The homepage also isn’t loading correctly within the Squarespace editor — the content briefly appears and then disappears, leaving a blank page.

We need someone who can diagnose the cause and fix the existing site without rebuilding it. The website and content are already there; we do not want to lose or recreate anything.

    Hi Pamela & Andrea, did this issue begin after any recent Squarespace update, custom code change, or third-party integration was added? Also, does the homepage content still disappear when all custom code injections are temporarily disabled?

    2. When did the homepage issue first start, and were any recent changes, updates or custom code added?

    3. Is the issue limited to the homepage, or are other pages/content also affected?

    5. Do you have a recent backup/version of the site before the issue occurred?

    Was any custom code, plugin/integration, or Squarespace update added shortly before this issue started?

    Does the homepage still behave the same way when all custom code injections are temporarily disabled?
