Squarespace coding to toggle tiered pricing on sales page.

Looking for html code to add to my Squarespace page that toggles between monthly and annual tiered pricing when clicked.

The buttons will also need to link to four separate urls. Please see design attached alongside very basic code I have already done.

Hoping someone can code something more professional and aesthetically pleasing, that can be edited by myself when required. I.e. if pricing changes, additional features etc.
