Squarespace 7 Help

Description of requirements/features: I need help. I've added an image via a code block to make a custom gallery and I would like for when I click on a image it comes up in the foreground similar to how the lightbox feature works in Squarespace.

2nd I need help with with adding a responsive code block to the website. I use tags to achieve the effect I want but this is not a responsive solution. Whenever I view the site on another screen the aligning is off.

Looking for someone familiar with Squarespace 7, developer mode and using code blocks.
