Speaker directory site building in Wordpress

Hello, I need a full membership site building in Wordpress that will allow users to access a directory of speakers.

Site will include the following pages:

1. Sign up
2. Login
3. Homepage
4. Speaker page (gallery of speakers)
5. Individual speaker pages
6. Nominate a speaker page

The site will allow people to nominate individual speakers. It should have the functionality so you can nominate an individual as a speaker and have different profiles for different speakers.

Please give a budget for the project as this is a very urgent project so I don’t have time to do full interviews unfortunately.

A great example of functionality would be something like this - https://www.speakersforschools.org/speaker-directory/ where you can search speakers and apply to be a speaker.

We have flat designs and wireframes we can also share.
