Solid Word Press Designer Required

This is a really quick job for someone who knows exactly what to do, should take no more than 30mins. I need to adjust the settings for the team member profile on my website to achieve the following:
1. Reduce the size of the picture that appears on the "detailed" profile page and the appending pages where profiles can be attached to, I have tried doing this through "theme settings" but not working.
2. Have individual team member pages that are are static and does not have "previous" and "next" at the bottom of each page.
3. Have my team member plugin show up on my templates options so can add team snippet profile to new pages.
