Description of requirements/features: I need someone who has extensive Smarty knowledge - to integrate an already coded up design into some rented software. This will be for a front end site, and there will be small elements of design involved (not too much!) and you will need great HTML and CSS knowledge. I expect you to let me know about your Smarty experience in your proposal!
This is not a big project - there are only a few pages, and the code for the new design is already there predominantly
