Smart rules (Country) for navigation bar

I'm Maria from the marketing team at Transpoco.

The project is about our navigation bar. We want to create specific web pages for our core market in Ireland and the rest of the world that can be accessed through our navigation bar. To customize this, we thought of adding a smart rule by country. Our problem is that with our current navigation bar structure, it is not possible to add a smart rule.
