Smart minimalist design led website - one page scrolling site.

I am looking to upgrade an existing website from the ground up but have the majority of the assets already. It is a simple brochure style website but will include links to videos, photography carousel and or embedded video assets. There is no e-commerce function it is merely a basic corporate introductory website. The pages can be static PSD supported by high end photography and or video on loop.
