SITEJET BUILDER - NEED A SIMPLE WEBSITE BUILT IN 24 HOURS

I need a designer who is familiar with SiteJet Builder or similar dashboard to get this site up and running in 24-48 hours. The site design itself is fairly simple. It will need to show folders that open directory to other files that are hosted through the sites backend. Screenshots Images (pngs, jpgs etc.) and PDFs, a few audios (under 50 mb) one or two video clips under (200 mb). I NEED THIS DONE ASAP! I have enough background in running websites to make this an EASY job, I'm not new to this. I'm just not a developer. I have background with WHM and CPanel, some CSS etc but I don't have the time or the expertise level to do this on my own. Come make some easy money!
