Responsive web app that looks good on typical devices (phone, tablet and pc)
Front-End: Plain JavaScript, HTML and CSS (no Angular or other heavy framework). Few lightweight JS or CSS libraries are OK (e.g. https://picnicss.com/)
Back-End: ASP NET Core 2.0
No database access (some WCF services will be available for fetching data, authentication and construction of xml for the license file).
