Simple vanilla/pure Javascript based web application

I need a Javascript developer willing to complete a simple web application using only vanilla/pure javascript. Legacy browser support is not necessary. You should not use any external Javascript libraries.

The project requires only frontend Javascript which fetches data from a .json file using Tabulator (http://tabulator.info/). You don't necessarily need to know much about the Tabulator project, since you will mostly only build functions and logic not related to Tabulator.

You only need to write the required functions for the frontend based on user selected options.

I will provide you with an index.html file which includes a barebones frontend you can use to write your functions for. It currently has some unnecessary Javascript which you can remove. I will also provide you with the .json file which has the required example data. CSS not necessarily required.

I will also provide you with a more detailed description of the web application and it's desired functionality including images and videos.

Purpose and functionality:

User can input anything into a text input field(s), select any checkbox or checkboxes, select any row or rows from the data-table. When the user submits or clicks the “search” button, the tool will open new browser tab(s) based on the selected row(s) and populate each of the browser tab(s) URL bar with any URL defined in the selected row replacing parts of the provided URL with the values from the text input field(s).
