Simple static company website with SEO

We need relatively simple static website created for our company that deals with business services. It has less then 20 pages. All features should be open soure solutions.
Features should be:
-contact us form
-tell a friend form
Also a mail server for company employees should be created.
We have all the design alredy created so no aditional design work is needed.
SEO is also necesery.
