Simple FIGMA to HTML CSS responsive first pages job

This is the small job to test and make sure we award the right new developer

I am looking for someone who can urgently help cut up a figma file and convert it into HTML / CSS for my team to implement. A figma file will be provided. The first is a few screen then we will have around 20+ more screens.

We have the first number or screens which is 6 and the simple Desktop / Tablet / Mobile & responsive amends of these first pages. In order to ensure we have engaged the right person and award the right people to the larger project I have this project where one set of pages will be done for $10.

Once that is good we can move on with another project and do the other pages

The pages a relatively simple login, forgot password, manage my account etc
So 20+ screens for later in total but they are all pretty much the same.
