Are all statements already available in a consistent format, or will part of the work involve cleaning and standardising different file types?

Do you have a preferred spreadsheet structure or reporting format, or should this be designed as part of the process?

For dividend tracking, do you require per-security breakdowns with monthly summaries, or a higher-level consolidated view?

How should complex transactions be handled, such as reinvested dividends, partial sales, or transfers between accounts?

Are there any known discrepancies already identified, or is the expectation to fully audit and uncover inconsistencies?

What level of detail do you expect in the final output. Full transaction logs, or summarised monthly cash flow and balances only?

What is your expected timeline for completion within the €300 budget?

Will there be a review stage where findings are discussed before finalising the report?
