Shopify Theme update and optimize for low speed issues

My current theme is narrative and no 2.0 version available suggestion is to change theme to Dawn as is most similar.

I currently use a page builder for most of products and home page, (layout hub) which I am happy with until I can get these pages re-done within the dawn theme if possible.

I also understand won't need the slide cart app currently in place as this new theme has this already built in as part of dawn theme - is this correct?

Job is to replace current narrative theme to DAWN plus the below as load speed is low:

Audit and optimize:

1) Upgrading to the latest theme version (if available) - Update to Dawn

2) Theme demo speed comparison with your store

3) Compressing the images

4) Compressing the coding

5) Optimization & scaling of the Images

6) Minifying HTML, CSS, and Javascript

7) Optimizing CSS Delivery

8) Defer Parsing of JS, CSS, Liquid Files

9) Sections inserted to the homepage and product page

10) Finding the apps affecting the score and share them with you so you can review and take your decision.

Ideally like to go through these and make sure nothing gets broken but everything do not need or use is removed.

Ideally UK based person due to time zones and language English.
