Shopify store expert

I have recently opened a new shopify store and need some help setting up the shopify settings. Therefor I am looking for a shopify expert who is an expert in the shopify store back end settings and how to set them up. I need help with the options and to explain what they mean and advise on what we should have and not have. Specifically setting up delivery dates and order processing to give the customer a more accurate expected delivery date.
We also need help understanding taxes and duties, Gift cards, Markets and basically helping to add or advise on any other missing information that should be added. We are also looking to add specific languages and currencies to the site.
We have a drop shipping link with Gelato who do all of our printing and handle delivery.
