Shopify Product Setup

I have 300 products on my store but I need someone to:
A) Undertake simple description formatting
B) Assign collections and where necessary add new ones to products (keeping a list of new ones so that I can complete collection setup)
C) Using the SKU lookup the cost and selling price on a spreadsheet and enter this in the product.

I have completed the first 50 products but if you have ideas on refining the simple text and presentation then I would ask you to review and update all 300 products.

I'm keen for a high quality output as opposed to speed so can wait a couplei of weeks.
