Shopify help: organise draft perfume & makeup

Hi,
I have a Shopify store (nuvessaskincare.com).
I recently added new products which are still in Draft:
– Perfumes (via suppliers)
– Make-up
– White Rabbit Skin Care products (UK vegan, cruelty-free skincare brand)

I need someone to:
– Organise these Draft products correctly in my Shopify
– Set the prices and make them Active in the right sales channels
– Create a separate section for perfumes, a separate section for make-up, and a separate section for White Rabbit Skin Care so everything looks clean and easy to find
– Make the shop look neat and professional for customers
– Briefly show me how it works so I understand the basics

I am not a technical person, so I need someone patient who can explain things simply.
