Shopify Guru Required Audit & Improve existing Wholesale

We have a growing wholesale customer base currently requesting information and quotes by email or phonecall. We wish to improve our trade site to create a product knoweldgebase with an improved self quotation service with the intention of removing any delays due to communications.

We currently use a B2B Wholesale Shopify website that requires an audit and improvements - some of the required modifications detailed below -

Review, modernise and improve:

1. Landing page and Hero Bar
2. Current Shopify Wholesale App - Wholesale Gorilla
3. Enable more product variations than the current 3 setup within Wholesale Gorilla
4. Add a customer PDF Quotation
5. Improve product full view when logged in
6. Improve or replace landing default page when logged in
7. Ensure GEO & SEO are optiimal
8. Enable additonal SKU / Ref fields are visible to SEO / GEO (eg OEM Part Numbers)
9. Improve customer experience
10. Improve admin experience
11. Improve analytics
12. Review site security
13. Review site speed and issues

Offer recomendations - modeifications, apps and tools to improve site performance, customer experience , increase sales - create a frictionless site for our customers.
