Shopify frontpage

I am looking to change the frontpage of my shopify plus store, I believe this can be done.

The website is www.tradesports.co.uk and uses out of the sandbox design Parallax, I would like to introduce either a new design potentially using this template https://themes.shopify.com/themes/warehouse/styles/fabric

Or by editing the frontpage template I currently have so that the images within the template no longer scroll in the background. Furthermore, I would be looking at someone who can come up with creative designs for our website for the coming months and years.
