Shopify assistance.

I’d like to make a small update to my Shopify page (www.asheeqart.com/collections/originals). I want the product price to remain visible even when an item is marked “Out of Stock,” similar to this example: https://www.artbyrajanseth.com/shop.

Additionally, I’d like to add an option at the top of the product page for “With Frame” or “Request Frame.” Let me know the best way to implement this.
