I am using Craftybase for inventory tracking for my shopify website hobby-island.co.uk
I have 2 product collections that need fixing.
It is a sheet of glass product that I had in shopify and tried to update the variants and products. It has broken links to craftybase. I have set up materials and recipes but they are not working. This means everything appears out of stock on my website.
I need this to be fixed by someone who has used Craftybase before.
Please respond with availability and Craftybase, Shopify experience.
Once complete there are other Craftybase fixes needed.

Hi Judith, quick checks so I can fix this cleanly:
1. Which two Shopify collections are affected (names/URLs) and approx how many products/variants?
2. Is the issue broken Shopify↔Craftybase links, recipes/materials not deducting stock, or both?
3. Can you add me as a Shopify collaborator + Craftybase user (limited role) so I can investigate (no passwords), and confirm “done” = those collections show in stock on the site?
