Looking for a quick and simple Shopify code adjustment in Dawn Theme V.11.

• By default the built-in Shopify announcement bar is centered at the top of the page.
• We want it moved to the left of the page on desktop and tablet. (Screenshot attached).
• Leave centered for mobile.
(Obviously the Currency and Language drop-downs remain justified to the right of the page).
Please let me know how you would do it. Code only, no Apps.
