Shipping Website

Hi
I’m looking for someone who can design a shipping broker website
No ecommerce store. Should be very easy.
Site map and text are attached;
Some pictures are provided but looking for more. Please suggest if you have any.
Design should be conservative with White; Blue; Red color scheme.
Site must be in Russian and English

Text must be properly formatted and if there is a spelling error please address it.
Same with picture – if the picture size needs to be changed please address it.

User will need to register and receive random generated register number.
Users must be able to sign up for our specials.
We must have an options to notify users on about our special programs.
Site must be integrated with social media in English and Russian

Due Date is important

This how we can proceed.
All development is done on developer server.
Site is transferred to my server after 75% of the website is done and 75% payment is received.

1 $50 Deposit
Design should be provided first. If the design accepted only than we are moving to the next step.
If the design not accepted – agreement is no longer valid.
Design should be conservative with White; Blue; Red color scheme.
$ Payment released

2 Site development.
$ Second payment - Deposit
$ Payment released

3 User DB and Email notifications development
$ Third payment - Deposited
$ Payment released

4 Website going to production. We are testing and remediating any errors.
$ Final payment – Deposited
$ Payment released
