Sharepoint WorkFlow & Outlook - Can you help?

Based in Warwickshire I am looking to have Workflow and Document Management Software specified. The specification work would detail the tasks and purpose of the software and recommend whether it be Outlook and SharePoint based or some other propriety software. The rationale of having it specified is that the specification would then be utilised to invite bids / tenders for the software to be supplied installed and or configured. This is not a task that can be undertaken remotely and therefore it is imperative that bids are received from the Warwickshire & West Midlands areas only; as you will have to meet with me to take a full and comprehensive brief. My companies are involved in a diverse range of activities from commercial property investment, residential development, venture capital and hairdressing.
When submitting a bid please ensure I am able to have sight of references and or details of projects undertaken of a similar nature.
